What is the best way to travel between Palm springs and Riverside?
I have tried a taxi service but it was too expensive. I have tried both Amtrak and Greyhound and they provide service but only once a day back. Is there a cheap service that can take me to and from? Any help would be appreciated because I am planning a great vacation in southern california. -Joe

Renting a car is probably your best option. They are only about 1 hour away driving. Are Palm Springs & Riverside considered part of your "great vacation"? Palm Springs is a good get away for people from So Cal but it's nothing special. I can't think of any reason to stop in Riverside on a vacation.
