I am flying out of Bob Hope/ Burbank airport- mid week how much travel time should I allow from Riverside?

lol i live in riverside as well but i travel to LAX. But i know were Burbank is. usually the golden rule is three hours. but two is also fine since its a little closer. 2-3 for sure you never what might happen. i missed a flight once it stinks to get another last notice. bring something to entertain you just in case you get there to early..

Hey Mary, If you are riding by yourself, than figure at a minimum of 2.5 hours from Riverside to Burbank, due to mid day/mid week traffic. (that is figuring you will run up the 210 and loop it all the way around the valley to the 134 and onto the 5). If you are traveling with someone, than you can run the HOV lane and that will help with traffic flow, although you know LA... Once you get to Burbank, give yourself at least 60-75 minutes to make it thru security, although Burbank has one of the best security set up for a medium size airport in the LA Basin.
